Havilah Acres Ltd is registered and launches its first residential project in Nakuru County, selling 40 plots within six months of opening.

2014

Expansion to Nairobi

We launch our first Nakuru-area project in Kabarak, marking our entry into the capital's high-growth corridors and doubling our client base.

2018

100th Plot Transferred
